My favorite place in the world is the Florida Everglades, I remember watching nature shows as a child in my native country and I dreamed of seeing it one day, my dream came true, after a dog bite that kept me from painting for a while my husband invited me to com e and work out there, I met members of the Miccosukee tribe, had the joy of riding on airboats and was left with infinite inspiration.

When I met my husband I saw in him so much radiance and beauty that I had to paint an inner portrait of him, I thought it would be a nice memory of me in case it didn't work out between us, almost nine years later, we're still laughing like kids and enjoying our time together with our dog family
